You can book a room directly through our online booking platform, or by calling us at +41 61 589 65 28. Same-day bookings are available subject to availability.
All rooms include high-speed WiFi, a 4K display or projector, whiteboard and markers, ergonomic seating, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The Board Room and Workshop Space also include a full video conferencing setup compatible with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.
Absolutely! No membership is required to book our meeting rooms. Anyone can book by the hour, half-day, or full day. Our rooms are open to individuals, freelancers, startups, and large corporations alike.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are charged in full. Please contact us directly for special circumstances.
Street parking is available in the surrounding Klybeck neighborhood. The location is also well-served by Basel public transport, with the nearest tram and bus stops a short walk away. We recommend using public transport when possible.
Yes! We offer recurring booking options for weekly or monthly meetings. Contact us at hello@the5thfloor.ch or call us to discuss a recurring arrangement and we can often offer a discounted rate for regular bookings.
